Wholesale Shipping:
Authorized Distributor Wholesale Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Processing times may be delayed during new product launches and Holidays, as well as possible delays in customs. Please plan your orders accordingly. We recommend allowing 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped from Gel Essentialz in RI. Opening orders and orders over $10K may be drop shipped from HQ in Canada
Minimum amount for Wholesale Orders $500
All Luxio and bottle gels must be purchased in quantities of 6pc
All Pro-Formance, Gel Play and Options Gel use be purchased in minimum 3 pc
Exact shipping fees will be billed in a separate invoice once the order is ready to ship
All orders and shipping must be prepaid before the order is cleared for shipping

Returns
All discrepancies in orders must be reported to Gel Essentialz within 7 business days from receipt of the order.
No returns are accepted unless they are damaged items and sent back within 7 business days of receiving the items. An authorization number must be obtained before any items are returned. Damaged items will be replaced, or refunded, at Gel Essentialz sole discretion.

Sales Territories
Each distributor is assigned a specified sales territory. Distributor shall use its best efforts to promote Akzentz Products and maximize the sale of Products in their local Territory. Distributor shall neither advertise the Products outside the Territory nor solicit sales from purchasers located outside the Territory without the prior written consent of Gel Essentialz & Haigh Industries. If the Distributor has an online store, limitation of sales area must be clearly stated, and any online orders from new customers located in INTL Exclusive Territories must be fcancelled/refunded and forwarded to the Distributor for the specified area.
International Exclusive Territories - US distributors are strictly prohibited from distributing Akzentz products internationally in any INTL Distributors Territory. All INTL enquiries should be referred to https://akzentz.com/distributors/international/
* All Distributors are signed on as "Non-Exclusive" distributors.
Sales Terms and Conditions
Product Prices, Discounts & Promotional Sales
USA distributors have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy stating that the Distributor may not advertise products on any social media or websites for less than the agreed upon minimum pricing or offer discounts on any social media or websites unless approved by Haigh Industries.
Current approved seasonal sales below are optional. If a distributor chooses to participate in the sale they may offer up to a 20% discount. We recommend running a flash sale rather than announcing it ahead of time, to prevent customers from waiting to place orders which would slow down orders in the days preceding the sale.

The sales are not passed down by the Company, therefore there are no additional discounts available for these sales. Distributors choose to participate in offering these sales to show customer appreciation, and to help drive short term sales and building customer loyalty.
Trademarks and Trade names
Distributor shall have the right to indicate to the public that it is an authorized Akzentz Distributor and to advertise within the Territory such Products under the trademark. B. All presentations of Company's Trademarks that Distributor intends to use shall first be submitted to Gel Essentialz for written approval from the Company. Design, color, and other details or shall be exact copies of those used by Company and may not be altered. The Trademarks shall be used, advertised, displayed and promoted only in their exact form and without any accompanying words or designs.
